<p>All you need to do to sleep like a baby is to create the right environment. Your bedroom needs to become the best possible environment for sound sleeping. This not only involves setting the right slumber inducing mood, but also making the right choices in the type of bed you sleep in.</p>

<p>Your bedroom needs to be a place that evokes relaxation and is stress free. You should keep the lighting soft and low. If you have problems with light or sunlight coming in from the outside, consider getting special curtains or shades that block out light.</p>
<p>You should also make sure that it is quiet and free of any harsh or irritating sounds. Some people find a white noise machine provides just the right type of soothing noise that covers up small annoying noises and provides a very calm atmosphere in the bedroom. Remove ticking clocks and consider removing the television, if you have one, since these things can be distracting and noisy.</p>
